Candidates who have expressed interest and match the selection criteria will be invited to meet for a comprehensive behavioural interview to assess the technical and cultural fit. We use your key competencies and represent your brand just like you would.
After the assessment, original CVs, and interview commentary, will be presented to you along with feedback on your brand in the market, and a list of the types of questions that candidates may ask at their first-round interview.
After your interviews, we assist with the coordination of any psychometric testing, conduct two reference checks on the preferred candidate and verify qualifications through a third-party provider (at our cost). We then assist you in making the offer and confirming the start date.
We support you during every step of the process!
We work with our clients on a retained and exclusive basis. We offer flexibility around our pricing methodology, including discounts for not-for-profit organisations, discounts for multiple roles and discounts for repeat clients. We are happy to negotiate a fixed fee or a % of the total fixed remuneration package. And, we are reasonable – wherever possible, we will work our pricing into your recruitment budget.
Our placed candidates come with a three-month replacement guarantee. In the unlikely event that our candidate resigns or has their employment terminated for poor performance, we will replace them at no cost.
